Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
1. Who we are
Scout (scout.seedflows.ai) is a service of UmbrinCraft, owner Pascal Clément, Diessenberg 2, 3068 Utzigen, Switzerland, your contract partner. Contact: [email protected]. By signing in or topping up your balance you accept these terms.
2. The service
Scout gives you a workspace with AI agents that research business ideas on the web and work out projects for the ones you pick. Their results are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. They are research, not legal, tax or financial advice, and not a promise of income. Check anything before you act on it.
3. Account
You sign in with your Google account; each account gets its own workspace. One person, one account: creating several accounts to get the start balance again is not allowed, and we may block such accounts.
4. Balance and prices
- A new workspace starts with a free balance of $2.
- Every agent run is charged from your prepaid balance by what it used (AI and web search). You see each run's price in the app, and you can set a daily limit.
- You top up the balance at checkout; taxes may be added depending on your location.
- The balance doesn't expire.
- If no runs have been charged since a top-up, you can ask for a refund of that top-up within 14 days of the payment by writing to [email protected]. We refund the amount paid minus the payment processing fee, which the payment provider keeps and doesn't return to us.
- Otherwise the balance is not refunded or paid out, except where the law requires it.
5. Right of withdrawal
The balance is a digital service you can use right away. By confirming at checkout that access starts immediately, you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU and some other countries have for online purchases ends once the balance is available to you.
6. Your content
What you enter and what your agents produce for you belongs to you. We store it to run your workspace and don't use it for anything else.
7. Fair use
Don't use Scout for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to get around limits or payment. We may pause a workspace that does.
8. Liability
We run Scout with care but can't guarantee it is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months; liability for intent and gross negligence remains.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. For changes that matter to you, we let you know by email before they apply.
10. Law
Swiss law applies, place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence still applies.
